OUR VISION

We believe that multistakeholder collaboration in innovative biomedical research can deliver better health for all. At Teamit, we contribute to the advancement of health research by supporting large and ambitious multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives across Europe.

Our expertise in research management aspects intervening in complex, multi-stakeholders research initiatives plays a major role in achieving efficiency and excellence at all levels. These include: project proposal, contract and budget negotiations, workplan, legal and risk management, financial budgeting, data governance, network coordination, knowledge transfer, communication and dissemination, consortium governance and sustainability and exploitation of results.

BINDING PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS

As an independent partner, we work closely with public and private entities which participate in biomedical research, including research institutes, universities, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, patient organisations and governmental agencies. Together with key managerial responsibilities, our role also entails bridging any differences that may occur in public-private partnerships by bringing in best practices and knowledge management gained by Teamit professionals in handling European projects for more than 20 years.

Besides actively participating in biomedical research initiatives financed by the European Commission, we are involved in:

  • Preparing competitive proposals and helping configurate international consortia
  • Training in project management of European projects in the context of IMI and H2020
  • Overseeing EMA scientific advice
  • Managing the EU-ADR Alliance, a network of European centers that carry out multi-country observational studies (drug safety, drug utilisation studies, etc) commissioned by pharmaceutical companies and regulators.
